Law as a subject is more practical and interesting too. But in fact, Lawyer as a professional  is undoubtedly dignified and full of respect, esteem as well. In our society, Lawyers are called social fabric and social engineer. It is, in fact, such a profession which has vast acceptance in all levels of the society through out the world. It is true enough that becoming a global standard lawyer is much struggle some and challenging enough. Actually, for developing countries like us lawyers hailed from middle class and lower middle class family have to count untold sufferings at the very day of their professional life which some time discourages to them not to be Well equipped  and resourceful pleader. Finding no sufficient brief in their early stage of profession, lawyers have to embrace the assorted type of un- expected challenging situation full of bitterness and want of money and normal way of livelihood. Though it is admittedly true that lawyers are far more aristocrat in the society, the initial stage of profession is just like survival of the fittest. No telling to say that being not able to adjust and tolerate with the limitless untold pains  and obstacles some lawyers put, coma or full stop in their profession and start searching another job or money making profession.  However ,by putting up with Merciless struggle in the profession a few of lawyers spark just like a beacon light in the profession by acquiring needed professional knowledge and out fitting as well. It is true that becoming extra ordinary lawyer requires much patience and time. Now i should dig out the points for what reason and by what process a lawyer can dream and aspire to be a global standard lawyer. Dreaming in life requires quality and set goal. A person can be defined how he or she is on the basis of his or her height of dream. Really I think and strongly believe that a lawyer should have dignity and personality in himself or herself since these are reflection of someones profession. To be titled as global standard lawyer, to me it is essential to have bordered knowledge and a know now on the subject matter or any issue  relevant to profession. Understanding law in depth and interpretation of law with smart presentation are expected to be belonged to a lawyer aiming to become extra ordinary and global standard. Humanistic quality is a must in the nature and feature of the good lawyer. Law as a profession directly linked with the term humanity. It is one of the most important quality to be much more respectful to the courts for a lawyer. proper and lawful submission is mandatory for a very good lawyer to be reported both in home and abroad. As lawyer represents  his or her client he or she must be thinking about the core interest of client irrespective to any excuse. It is well known that English language skill is part and parcel of a lawyer to be different in its kind since all the law books and journals, laws and rules are in English. For obvious reason ,it is to be  considered English has the great influence on law profession. To keep submission before any court through out the world ,English  as a language is well appreciated. Though some lawyers show  their argument being emotional to their mother tongue. It is absolutely   a key feature of being a global standard lawyer. Without  having operational command on English language, it is to be deemed becoming global standard lawyer is beyond the reach of some lawyer who disagree with its necessity. From my practical experience ,it can apparently be said that  those leg behind from English, they are out of the track of the good business in law. So, there is no denying fact that English is considered just the opposite side of the coin where other side is the law profession. Another important aspect I need to put here.  It is nothing but to have extra ordinary knowledge on legal literature drafting. Logical arguments showing capacity is also needed to be a classic lawyer side by side the interaction skills with the judges. It can randomly be said that case law and precedents must get high priority in the list of lesson of a lawyer aims to be different. A lawyer planning to be the herald should not be neglecting to acquire knowledge on substantive and codified laws. Analytical ability is an added quality of a lawyer ambitious for being in the global platform. Case laws, rulings recent precedents of the common wealth country must go high priority in the subject matter of learning of a lawyer. As it is true with the rapid expansion of information technology ,technical knowledge more particularly high-tech knowledge must be acquired by a lawyer interested to compete with the global lawyers. Client handling and management both are very significant quality to be availed by any means by a lawyer. Getting up to   date with the latest version of law of the world most importantly will highly decorate the lawyers . More so, presentation skill escalates the lawyer very often. Lawyers should have instant IQ with improvisation power in any situation. Actually, procedural matter should  take well place in the practice of lawyer ins and out. Lawyers must be tactful and submissive while showing argument and law point before the court. It is mostly important to know how to research, analyze and explain any law and case for a lawyer. Having bordered knowledge on legal terminologies can uplift the professional career of a lawyer. Though punctuality and sincerity are most important, honesty and sense of professional accountability can make a lawyer much popular and widely respectable. In law profession, learning is a life long process. Lawyers should have endless knowing efforts to gear up the professional dignity and value. Not only in legal profession but also in all profession, dedication is vital issue to be considered as master key of success. Laboriousness should be very common in the character of lawyers. Side by side studiousness is important enough. Argument showing, submission, cross and chief examination skills can give a very good weight of any lawyer in profession. Though any kind of legal drafting is most important, legislative drafting skills should be in every lawyer interested to be famous in profession.  For being global standard patients, determination and target oriented activity are evaluated mostly helpful and beneficial. It is important to bring to light that lawyers must be well conversant  in English having profundity and sharp morality in their life and lifestyle. Apart from this, courageousness , energetic and truthfulness are also the basement of being a classic and global standard lawyer. It is to be noted that lawyers must have sharp skills in listening the judges at the time of submission and hearing. And recollecting capacity is considered to be another good aspect of a lawyer. It is thought that lawyers must have public speaking capacity and questioning quality. At last but not the least, managerial capacity should obviously be found in the nature and feature of a lawyer. It is relevant to point out that for being some extra ordinary  quality should be availed by any means by the lawyers. At the bottom line of my writes up ,i more specifically would like to mention that a lawyer can not say at any stage of his or her life that he or she has learned everything of law. So,to be honest, it is necessary to continue learning round the life as a lawyer. Whatever the limitation and struggle may come in the life of a lawyer ,it does not matter at all .Since life of a lawyer is just like the life of a running  horse. At the edge to down my pen, it is important enough to state that becoming lawyer of  any client is comparatively easier than  becoming lawyer of the lawyers’.
